Corporate Training
Corporate Training, which influences directly or indirectly the thought processes of the company, is more than a lecture format. Before starting the training it is required to specify the steps needed to accomplish a particular task. But it is also required to assure that certain skills or procedures are learned for a smooth accomplishment. The main aim of any upcoming technologies is to achieve more efficient organizational processes. However, this effort is in fact incomplete without the employees understanding forthcoming innovations in their companies. This is the factor which requires corporate training.

The training industry has evolved as an effective business tool. There are two types of corporate training - soft skill training and technical training. According to many organizations, soft skill training is necessary for their employees as it helps to play an important role in maintaining healthy relationships with customers and thus develops a successful business. The soft skill training focuses on those factors which are required to bring changes in behavior and thinking. Oracle has announced the Oracle University as a part of its ongoing commitment to improve the IT skills. It is one of the largest corporate training organizations in the world. At Oracle University an individuals can learn major Oracle technologies including Oracle Database, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Siebel and E-Business Suite Applications both through classroom as well as Web-based training. Oracle also awards different levels of certifications on its technology and applications courses. These are Oracle Certified Associate (OCA), Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) and Oracle Certified Masters (OCM). Through a wide education partner network, it also offers Workforce Development Program (WDP) for working professionals. According to a recent survey over 88 % of respondents among Oracle certified professionals, believe they are better qualified to manage more complex issues and projects.
