Corporate Training, which influences directly or indirectly the thought processes of the company, is more than a lecture format. At Oracle University an individuals can learn major Oracle technologies including Oracle Database, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Siebel and E-Business Suite Applications both through classroom as well as Web-based training. Oracle also awards different levels of certifications on its technology and applications courses. These are Oracle Certified Associate (OCA), Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) and Oracle Certified Masters (OCM). Through a wide education partner network, it also offers Workforce Development Program (WDP) for working professionals. According to a recent survey over 88 % of respondents among Oracle certified professionals, believe they are better qualified to manage more complex issues and projects. |
